More about Sam

I’m a designer based in Sweden, working where design, food, and philosophy overlap. My work moves between products, furniture, and spaces — sometimes taking the shape of a meal, sometimes a piece of writing or a simple object.

I founded Onni as a way to explore how design can live in the everyday — through things that are made to be used, shared, and repaired. It began with Brasserie Onni, a small restaurant in Taxinge, and has grown into a wider studio practice built around the same values: honesty, simplicity, and care.

I’m still at the beginning of this journey, but I want to keep exploring how to live — and make — with creativity and meaning.
